Hotel restaurant offering a menu which makes the beautiful part with the seafood in Lège-cap-Ferret.
The Hôtel de la Plage, formerly Chez Magne, and now in the hands of Nicolas Lascombes, is not new... It was founded in 1860 by foresters from Gujan and Arcachon, who began building pontoons and resin huts... The establishment served as their canteen and dormitories. Although the Hôtel de la Plage has undergone many changes over the years and is currently undergoing renovation, the building is listed and has retained its traditional architecture with wooden balconies. Don't miss its reopening in 2024.

désagréablement surpris
Vendredi dernier, vers 16h de passage entre amis devant cet établissement, souhaitions prendre un rafraichissement. Nous étions cinq, nous nous sommes installés sur la terrasse coté bassin. Quelques clients autour, sommes restés environ 10 minutes à attendre un des serveurs........, en vain. Nous étions peut-être transparents ..... Nous nous sommes donc décidés à quitter l'établissement, comme nous étions venus, en restant sur notre soif ! Etonnant non ? personne n'a cherché à nous retenir....... Le client est-il devenu indésirable en fin de saison, ou les serveurs sont épuisés peut-être ???

Je n’ai pas manger au restaurant un midi ou un soir mais je me suis arrêtée pour le goûter et manger des dunes blanches. Un pur délice dans un petit coin de paradis. Je recommande

Un superbe endroit à l'architecture traditionnelle, dans le beau village du Canon. La cuisine est savoureuse et l'accueil agréable.
