Jean-Marie Bertet has been a gambas and oysters farmer in the Médoc since 1997. His territory? The "claires du Conseiller" in Verdon-sur-Mer. On 18 hectares of marshes, he combines oyster farming and peneiculture in a very complementary way. Thus, the gambas remain at the bottom of the ponds and put back in suspension the nutrients that feed the oysters thanks to their filtration actions, more on the surface. This guinguette allows you to discover the travels of this production of passion and to taste its products on the spot in a convivial and family atmosphere.
