Francesco is a true Neapolitan who has been making pizza for over 40 years. And he's not about to stop, even though he's closing his Cadillac trattoria in 2022. Having traveled and worked in Calabria and Venice, he has become one of the most renowned pizza makers in Paris. His hand-rolled, stone-baked pizzas have the great taste of Italy. The dough is crisp and light, and the toppings are tasty. Luckily, they're still available to take away at Le Tourne! With the popularity of these products, the wait can be a little longer at weekends.

_ Première foi pour nous et les pizza était délicieuse. Cela fesai bien longtemps que nous n'avions pas trouvé un pizzaiolo qui sache vraiment faire les pizzas.

Arrivant pour 1 semaine de vacances, nous sommes tombés par hasard sur ce petit bout d'Italie ????. un accueil chaleureux, un couple d une gentillesse hors pair qui nous a conseillé sur les endroits à visiter . mais ce n est pas tout! les pizzas sont à tomber. Souples et croustillantes, ingredients de qualité, des saveurs ... comme là bas. nous reviendrons dans la semaine????????

Alors là franchement déçue..
Première fois les pizzas une tuerie copieuses et savoureuses..
Et là payer 49,50€ pour des pizza sèches,plates aucunes saveurs..c'est bien dommage ..je comptais me régaler pour le coup j'ai jeté mon argent a la poubelle..
