Located in a comfortable hotel, Normandy is held by Tanguy and Delphine Loisel. The restaurant enjoys a beautiful view of the Seine River and a picturesque setting. The plates are good for the soil, and the headings alone are enough to cause salvation: Black Boudin Salad and Fruit Apple, Pochy Egg Minute; House trout tartar at the Aneth; Supreme of pintadeau; Spike of pepper pepper pepper pepper pepper; Tournedos of Canard. The preparations and the service reveal themselves, without giving the place a clean air.
