Monique Cotard welcomes you on his farm Le Duck Saint-Martin to make you discover his gras duck! Elevés on site, ducks are also processed in a recent laboratory, high in the property. Monique with so gras, but also rillettes, pâtés, breasts, candied, roasts, duck sausage, gizzards…. You can taste all of these products on the farm (a typical house in Caux, which is more) on Friday and Saturday afternoon or on the markets of Bolbec (Saturday morning), Valmont (Wednesday morning) and Sassetot-le-Mauconduit (Sunday morning).
