Ein Rundgang in St. Valéry-en-Caux lohnt sich definitiv. Wir sind zuerst hoch zum Gedenkstein an die britische 51. (Highland) Infanterie-Division, wo man einen schönen Blick über St. Valery hat. Dann sind wir der "Promenade dans le Quartier d'Aval gefolgt, die am Fachwerkhaus Maison Henri IV aus dem Jahr 1540 startet. Oberhalb des Hafeneingangs hat man eine tolle Sicht auf die Falaises d'Aval. Zum Abschluss kann man dann bei Flut noch die Wellen beobachten, wenn sie über die Kaimauer spritzen. Grandios.
