Je laisse une étoile pour attirer l'attention des responsables de l'hôtel. Pendant mon séjour de 3 jours, j'ai rencontré un problème d'eau chaude constant. La réception m'a conseillé de laisser couler l'eau pendant 30 minutes avant de prendre une douche, ce qui va à l'encontre de l'accent mis par l'hôtel sur son engagement environnemental, ce qui m'a surpris. J'ai exprimé mon mécontentement pendant mon séjour et avant de régler les suppléments que j'ai pris, mais l'explication fournie était que le personnel d'entretien éteignait les chauffe-eau. Il faisait 2 degrés le soir et le matin, prendre une douche à cette température était inconfortable. De plus, j'ai régulièrement constaté des oublis dans la livraison du petit déjeuner en chambre et la température du chocolat au lait était bien trop froide malgré mes consignes la veille deux fois de suite.
La qualité de la literie laisse à désirer ça grince à chaque fois que l'on bouge le petit ongle.
