In 2018, Le Pré de la Bataille opened a production workshop in Notre-Dame-de-Bondeville, specialising in the manufacture of sweets like delicious orangettes, original fruit jellies, marshmallows, and the now-famous Rouen cherry or apple sugar, an ancestral speciality that has been delighting gourmets for centuries. The association opens the doors of its workshop where you can discover the processes of creation of chocolates, sugars, and other sweets, sold in the shop and on the association's website.
