Renovated in 2008, the residence has undergone several extensions, including the creation of a PASA, an in-house pharmacy, an administrative center and a central kitchen. Today, Les Sapins welcomes elderly people of all origins and religions. Accommodation rates vary according to age and dependency. Residents can benefit from various forms of financial aid, such as personalized housing assistance, APA or social assistance, subject to acceptance of the application by the Département.
