Pôle Emploi is the agency for job seekers. When you find yourself unemployed, you have to go to your agency to be able to open your rights (following the contributions you paid during your period of activity). A consultant will then be at your disposal to help you resume your stay in the labour market, offering personalized appointments in particular. Pôle Emploi is therefore the main (and mandatory) interlocutor for job seekers.
