MÉTROPOLE ROUEN NORMANDIE

The Rouen Normandy Metropolis includes 71 municipalities and nearly 500,000 inhabitants. It has the competences of the former agglomeration such as public transport, economic development, water management or waste management, as well as mobility or ecological transition. It is also in charge of developing cultural and sports policies, including facilities such as the Zenith, Hangar 106 and the Kindarena.
