This huge Irish bar welcomes every evening, on two floors, all students and sports enthusiasts in a festive, noisy, and intoxicated atmosphere. It’s hard to have a conversation there, but you come to the Oka, as the people of Rouen call it, to play a game of pool or darts, watch a sporting event broadcast live on the big screen, listen to the scheduled live music, or drink one of the many beers on offer, on draught or by the bottle. Often full to bursting at the beginning of the evening, indoors or on the terrace, the bar is all the more lively on match nights. At the counter, you’ll have to jostle to get served.

LE bar incontournable de Rouen. En plein centre-ville. Prix raisonnables. Excellente ambiance. Bonne musique. Toujours animé. Préférer les soirs de match de rugby.

"On va à l'O'Ka ?" C'est la phrase clef de chaque étudiant qui veut sortir dans Rouen un jeudi soir :) Le bar accueille très souvent des soirées "spéciales" médecine, droit, archi etc ... Je préfère y aller personnellement à l'Happy hour (jusqu'21h, conso moins chères), la musique en fin de soirées est souvent trop forte, on peut à peine s'entendre parler. L'ambiance est souvent au rendez-vous en revanche :) Gros Bémol : la dernière fois que j'ai voulu commander une Guiness à 19/20h, ils en avait pas... pour un pub qui se dit irlandais ... Ouch. Déçu..
