The gym is located at the entrance to Lacanau ville (coming from Carcans or Lacanau Océan) in a cul-de-sac just after the cycle path, and is very well equipped, with all the equipment you need to work every part of your body. A warm welcome, good atmosphere, explanations, advice, you're totally taken care of, everything makes you want to join this gym or at least come and try it out. Whether you're working out solo with a personal trainer or in a group WOD, the choice is yours: functional training, weightlifting, athletic strength, bodybuilding... enough to get back into shape before the summer or to keep fit all year round.
