CHÂTEAU DAUZAC

Château Dauzac is a Grand Cru Classé de Margaux located only 20 minutes from Bordeaux. This 49-hectare vineyard, in one piece, on a magnificent hillside of gravel overlooking the Gironde estuary, is worth a look. The visit allows you to discover the park planted with rare species from the Bordeaux Botanical Garden. Hives, sheep, bird boxes illustrate the bias towards biodiversity. Laurent Fortin, General Manager, wishing to promote wine tourism, has set up various workshops on gastronomy and wine: agreements on cocoa, cheese and charcuterie, Wagyu beef. The Chef offers cooking classes in the panoramic room of the Château, and makes gourmet baskets for visitors who would like to have a picnic in the Park.
