The dishes are made of Normandy and tarmeg, especially for dessert with caramel tatin with fleur de sel, pear with gingerbread or soufflé with Grand-Marnier. A beautiful verandah pleasantly completes the room. And like any self-respecting inn, the place is also a charming and pleasant hotel.
