OLD TOWN HALL

Public buildings to visit

It is the oldest Town Hall in France, and therefore one of the oldest civil buildings. Also known as the Old Grain Market, it is said to have been built at the request of Richard the Lionheart, Duke of Aquitaine before becoming King of England, between the 12th and 13th centuries.
