Don't come and find here a molécullaire kitchen served in an ultra design decor, this is not the kind of house. Be most welcome in the institution of Juillac. A rustic setting but a sublime terrace overlooking the Dordogne. Local cuisine but perfectly orchestrated by a chef who has a number of years under the hat and it is seen. Moreover, it has a "land" menu called "the best products of the region with passion". So who are these products? Follow the guide, pressed for quails and foie gras in the red Lillet on small salad salad with vinegar vinegar, Marenne-Oléron oysters, cold or lukewarm with leeks, frontenac snails in Country, gras duo duo (conflict and magret), toasted lamb ribs on a ratatouille bed… But one can still go further into regionalism the "Gironde" menu which pays tribute to the products of this beautiful department and its neighbours.
