Since 2019, fans of physical culture and fitness will findin this modern, bright and air-conditioned 2,600 m² space, all the machines they need to get their bodies back on track: 3 free and guided bodybuilding areas, a cross-training area, a boxing zone with punching bag and ring. But that's not all: the ladies have their own dedicated area, and that's just great. In terms of classes, we like Body Balance (a mix of yoga, stretching, Tai Chi and Pilates) and MMA. Let's go!
