Hiking Le Havre

An Alpine club in Le Havre? I was told that there was only the sea and the cliffs… And yet it is true, and the Alpine Club also works, with walks about every fifteen days.

Every Sunday, this association proposes to make you walk and to raise awareness of nature: two absolutely laudable and ultimately complementary goals. Varied routes and distances, for children and adults, between 6 km and 30 km.

The famous long-distance hiking trail, the GR®21, which follows the coastline from Le Havre to Le Tréport, starts from here, at the Fort of Sainte-Adresse, on the heights of the Ocean city. From there, head east towards the Montgeon forest, then towards the Rouelles park. After 45 km of walking, you will come face to face with the Aiguille d'Étretat... And more if affinity... This is a sublime walk to be done at your own pace, but be extremely careful because of the risk of landslides, and above all equip yourself! Walking sticks, maps and oilskins...

Affiliated with the federation, this club offers walks all year round, on half days or entire days.

Although this is not the main vocation of this association, hikes are organised on Sunday all Year Round.

The club, affiliated with the French Hiking Federation, offers hikes every Sunday, sometimes in week, with weekly programming and stays.
