Inn offering a very nice menu with a warm atmosphere, concocted by Nathalie and Pierre Chrétien.

Nathalie and Pierre Chrétien have been officiating in their starred restaurant since 1981. After whetting your appetite with a sublime watercress mousse and a trout tartare with whipped mustard cream of great finesse, the master chef of France offers you a turbot cooked at low temperature and flavoured with lemongrass, a roast squab with its carcass juice and cocoa bean chips or a sweetbread heart with ceps and yellow wine. Finish with calvados puffed pancakes... Very nice table with a warm atmosphere.

A celui que cela ne rebute pas de payer 20€ pour un verre de vin et un café (tarifs parisiens avec, toutefois, le standing en moins), il s'agit d'une étape de qualité avec des plats savoureux (notamment le soufflé à la bédictine, très réussi).
Service courtois, plats soignés, à conseiller plutôt pour les petites faims.
