At Sophie, within a typical Norman shop, it’s all the sweets of Normandy that prove to be at the gré. Natural jams alongside fruit syrups, douillons (an apple or pear is locked in puff paste, and it’s cooked in this way) make friends with seasonal fruit pies, cookies make eyes at dry biscuits, and all other sweet treats of the house. As for agricultural products (terrine of poultry, dairy products, but also cider brandy or pommel), they are guaranteed 100% Norman, and often as organic as good: Sophie’s apples, for example, come from an apple orchard completely free of chemical treatments. … and lovers of local flavours have been warned…

As soon as we return to the source of our childhood, we come to our purchases of jams for the year with Pond cockerels, jelly apples is a wonder and plum of Gaillon a delight, with your palaces, do not hesitate to please will have a souvenir over our dear Normandy when you return home!
Jams are a delight! One rations our last pot Cold apple flavoured with fig Leaves... to enjoy it longer.
