Restaurant on stilts with terrace in Gujan-Mestras with a view on the port
Perched on stilts, this restaurant offers a beautiful view of the port and allows you to enjoy the long terrace with your feet in the water. Well, almost! Not surprisingly, fish and seafood are in the spotlight, starting with the oysters of the Basin of course. And also: fried smelts, white soup with aïoli, tuna tartar (oyster, mint and peanut vinaigrette), mille-feuille of the sea (smoked bacon sauce), whole sea bass (virgin sauce), pan-fried scallops... During the week, the Petit Pavois menu is always very tempting. Reservation recommended.
