A large Vietnamese canteen offering a short menu with a dish prepared on the spot at the minute
Bassin Bo Bun is a (very) large Vietnamese canteen. Christian Durocher and his wife (originally from Vietnam) are no strangers to the restaurant scene, whether in Bordeaux or in the Basin. It's here, at the entrance to the La Teste-de-Buch shopping zone, that the couple have chosen to revive the cuisine they love so much, and which reminds them of their four years in Saigon. Pho, bo bun, pad thaï, banh mi... The menu is short, but everything is there. Everything is prepared on the spot to the minute. We also love the decor!

Un régal 2 fois qu'on vient dans la région et qu'on mange ici .
La première fois une agréable surprise
La deuxième fois on y est venu directement.
Nourriture très bonne , personnel très gentil très souriant.
Et une hygiène irréprochable.
On y reviendra une troisième fois avec plaisir

Passé commande par téléphone, monsieur très sympathique et qui a su nous renseigner en fonction de nos goûts.
Les plats...authentiques !!! Un pur régal et nous avons pris à emporter, rapport qualité-prix abordable. Nous craignions la quantité puisqu'à emporter mais franchement pas déçu. Un plat de nouilles jaunes aux crevettes partagés en 2 pour les enfants. C'était suffisant. Et les perles au coco, un délice rien à voir avec ceux des buffets.
