A large Vietnamese canteen offering a short menu with a dish prepared on the spot at the minute
Bassin Bo Bun is a (very) large Vietnamese canteen. Christian Durocher and his wife (originally from Vietnam) are no strangers to the restaurant scene, whether in Bordeaux or in the Basin. It's here, at the entrance to the La Teste-de-Buch shopping zone, that the couple have chosen to revive the cuisine they love so much, and which reminds them of their four years in Saigon. Pho, bo bun, pad thaï, banh mi... The menu is short, but everything is there. Everything is prepared on the spot to the minute. We also love the decor!

Le rouleau de printemps était trop ferme comme si il avait été fait trop longtemps avant et pas emballé dans un film alimentaire Il semblait avoir séché.
J'y suis allé avec un local qui m'a dit avoir déjà été déçu. Comme les commentaires semblaient bon. J'ai insisté pour y aller....
Et non les avis sur la cuisine ne sont pas personnels quand il n'y y a pas de gout et de qualité. Pas de gout et la qualité médiocre ne sont pas l'affaire d'affinités. Vu la réponse du gérant ces gens ne sont pas pour l'évolution et sont dans l'autosatisfaction. Mais bon, ils sont déjà irrespectueux en répondant au téléphone alors qu'ils sont en train de s'occuper de vous. Leur réponse n'est pas étonnante.
