A passive and even a positive house is the dream of all the eco-friendly and those who want to reduce their domestic spending! This company is specialised in these homes which do not consume anything or which restores energy. They are economic and ecological homes at the same time, but also comfortable. With over million m ² built across Europe, the concept of passive housing is an alternative for the future, even though it is still very unknown in France. Les Cranberries is the first company in the Country of Bray to promote this habitat model. Let's remember that the passive house is a home that optimizes the natural energy intakes of the sun only through its components (windows, walls…) and a regulated ventilation. Founded in 2006 by Richard Lefebvre (R.L., from where Computershare…), this company located between the picardes and normandes regions works mainly in Oise, Seine-Maritime and Somme, and even in neighbouring departments. Beyond that, it is no longer so ecological! The houses of the Cranberries are wooden frame, triple glazing, extreme isolation.
