Created by Pierre-Cyrille Acquier, "La Verrière" is a cocktail bar and tea room. Under the glass roof of the sumptuous Palais Bénédictine, take a seat on one of the banquettes surrounding a central island, itself topped by a gilded chandelier. The place, whose raison d'être is the famous liqueur, invites you to a unique tasting experience of cocktails and drinks based on Bénédictine, to be accompanied by delicacies or an aperitif board. We love the Normandy Sling, with calvados, yuzuchu, fresh lemon and apple juice!
