Warm, intimate restaurant serving local cuisine based on local produce.
Welcome to the home of a passionate chef, a restaurant full of soul and character. The Collège is warm and intimate, with its beautiful brick fireplace, wood-burning stove, and wood panelling, and offers resolutely local cuisine, highlighting local produce from Normandy and the Baie de Somme. The menu changes frequently, but never at the expense of quality. Dishes are created in step with the seasons, using market finds and the fish that arrives in the port of Le Tréport in the early hours of the morning.
