Funny gîte with a nice cabin perched 9 metres high in Étretat.
A 1 km from the beach is a strange accommodation. Perched at 9 meters high, a beautiful cabin with elegant architecture has interfered between and around the branches of a beautiful tree. An adjacent spiral staircase made of the same wood allows access to a wooded interior of 17 m2. Philippe and Laure, the authors of this project managed to reconcile comfort and adventure. The cabin has a shower which flows hot water, a washbasin, a traditional toilet. A bed for two of 140 cm is enough to enjoy the intimacy of the places, similar to a cocoon. In the morning, a basket filled with pastries, fresh bread, homemade jam and a thermos of tea or coffee came up to visitors through a pulley. The ideal place to share this meal on the terrace of the terrace with sea view. But if the weather is too cool, the interior also has a dining corner, with its wooden table built around the main trunk. Cosy, this cabin is also very welcoming thanks to the cushions, curtains and fabrics most made by Laure! We would almost live there all year long.
