This store which is organized in four distinct spaces offers specialties of Norman products and honours cheese (the owner is a cheese-refiner): 150 to 200 kinds of cheeses invade the stalls every year. There are also foie gras and smoked salmon, ready-made dishes from all regions, different varieties of spices, a beautiful range of oil, vinegar and mustard, more than 40 kinds of tea, many varieties of coffee roasted by the house, and of course local drinks but also whiskies, cognac and brandy without forgetting the superb wine cellar.
