This is the star restaurant of the region, awarded a star in the Michelin guide. Here, everything is based on the offerings of the sea and on what the chef finds at the market that very morning, and the catch is always good: fish is in the spotlight. The menu is rich in flavours and keeps its promises: sea bass cooked on the skin with parsnip mousseline, roasted turbot with a strong meat juice, but also duck with red cabbage fricassee... The desserts are real successes: candied pear with cinnamon, sabayon with fresh mangoes and passion fruit.

Cuisine très raffinée et avec des ingrédients de très grande fraîcheur, mariage des couleurs et saveurs dans l'assiette, choix des vins étendu et d'excellentes provenance, un cadre apaisant et un service très soigné. Et ce plateau de fromages ! Divin ! Et cette petite salière très marrante... Une découverte d'un endroit où il fait bon s'attarder pour goûter l'excellence... Un très gros bravo ! Par contre prévoir une réservation longtemps à l'avance car établissement très demandé.

Super restaurant, une cuisine magique et un service irréprochable et tres sympathique. Nous avions découvert cet établissement lorw du confinement et couvre feu, ou nous avions dîner à 18h30, cette fois c'était dans des conditions normale et toujours aussi delicieux, y aller les yeux fermés.
