The plates suggest that you are far from a simple "bistro kitchen" and that the chef has more than one trick in his bag! The restaurant is renowned for its generous cuisine, but also for the wide variety of fish and seafood in the restaurant: tartare of haddock, sole with citron butter, Saint-Jacques with lentils… The chef, Xavier Héricher, chooses only the best and extra costs for his kitchen: it is the tide of the day that decides! Des vins de qualités pour accompagner cela. Merci pour nos papilles.
Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute et bien que ce ne soit pas bon marché, la nourriture était pleine de saveur et bien présentée. Hautement recommandé.
La carte des vins pourrait être plus longue et plus variée.
