In this traditional district of Dieppe, the Pollet bistro offers classic and tasty cuisine. The plates suggest that you are far from a simple "bistro kitchen" and that the chef has more than one trick in his bag! The restaurant is renowned for its generous cuisine, but also for the wide variety of fish and seafood in the restaurant: tartare of haddock, sole with citron butter, Saint-Jacques with lentils… The chef, Xavier Héricher, chooses only the best and extra costs for his kitchen: it is the tide of the day that decides! Carnivores will choose from veal with mustard to red wine. The attentive and friendly service complements a place that all Dieppois know and appreciate.

Seul petit bémol : la salle est un peu petite mais cela rend aussi le restaurant plus agréable niveau sonore.
En effet, en déplacement sur Dieppe une semaine, nous avons tous les soirs dîner en ville. Les choix sont nombreux et variés.
Mais, au Bistrot du Pollet, tout est pensé. Le nombre de table, l'ambiance cocooning, l'agréable service, le choix des assiettes mais surtout, la qualité des matières premières utilisée pour la fabrication des plats, goûteux. Une terrine à tomber par terre, un baba au rhum succulent.......
L' homme qui vous cuisine votre plat, aime son métier.
Nous y avons dîner 2 fois cette semaine et y retournerons lors de notre prochain séjour sur Dieppe.
