Rich in some 1,500 apple trees, their domain, beautiful villa from the beginning of the last century, is the kingdom of this typically Norman fruit. The farm, but also the cellars and the garden, are visited, accompanied by a tasting of the orchard products. How, after all this, do not crack and fill its carpet of cider out of age, aging in oak barrel, Norman aperitif, farmer cider or cider vinegar?
