Auberge Bucheoise is the restaurant of Buchy, and lunch or dinner is always a moment of happiness. Chef Christophe Hardier, native of Neufchâtel, is lovers of his furnaces and his country of native Bray. He puts his passion at the service of a semi-gastronomic kitchen in the refined presentation that makes the beauty of the local products that he has the gift of glorify. In addition, the chef renews the card regularly to keep his plates in tune with the seasons. Nevertheless, there are still popular classics of customers like pan-fried foie gras, or soft chocolate moelleux.

Accueil au top d’Anne-Marie et Isabelle. Nous avons passé une soirée très agréable. La cuisine est très bonne. Et le service extra. Merci à vous 2 pour ce bon moment. Je recommande vivement.
