At the entrance to the village of Gajac, south of the Gironde lies the farm of Laurent Le Chevallier. On its 12 ha operation, it elevates ducks and produces dishes and dishes derived from the duck: preserved whole fat liver (20 € 200 g), fresh whole-fat foie gras (29 € per kg), liver foie mi (20 €, 200 g). You can also sample farm products at the hostel (every lunchtime and evening, upon reservation only).
