Newly arrived from Dieppe, Johnny and Aurélie Gueudin welcome you in their bakery near Saint Marcel town hall. The young couple form a relaxing duo - at the reception for Madame, at the laboratory for Monsieur - and offer you breads, pastries and other pastries worthy of the best. The Petit Futé tested the traditional religion at café and Neufchâtel. Don’t be mistaken. This is not a cheese but a meringue pastry and praline! It’s a delight. Ici enfin une baguette, une vraie, celle de notre bonne vieille France : tout est équilibré, croûte et mie bien équilibré avec une bonne densité, une parfaite cuisson, et donc parfaitement croustillante,
( sans se couper les gencives ailleurs...mdr..)
Félicitations à notre Boulanger qui se lève très très tôt le matin pour que chacun puisse avoir sa baguette chaude le matin.
Sans oublier le service avec le sourire.
Heureusement qu'il reste de vrais commerçants professionnels et pas que des chaînes de cuisson de pains.
