Le 31 is a pretty town house typical of the region, located in the heart of the historic centre of Pacy-sur-Eure. Yesterday, the place now offers three cottages. The one on the ground floor is very bright, overlooking the flowered courtyard, it is ideal for a couple. The one on the first floor, with its wooden floor and modern furniture, can accommodate 2 to 3 people, just like the one on the second floor, with its brick walls and bright colours, which is ideal for a child. A good address to be in the calm and heart of the Eure Valley, exactly between Giverny and Evreux.
