Sobriety and very good cooking reign here. Depending on the season, you will be able to choose from a barbecued pork tenderloin, snacked and smoked scallops or a Norman beef tenderloin. On the sweet side, the vanilla ice cream parfait with chestnut cream is a must! And don't forget the 4-star hotel, of the same quality!
