LE VIEUX PUITS
This legendary venue, which has seen many a star pass through its doors, remains a sure bet in the area, with its excellent bistronomic cuisine.
The inn reopened its doors in 2022. It's a veritable renaissance for this iconic venue, which has played host to such greats as Claude François and Clark Gable. The former hotel-restaurant, now owned by Juan Carmena-Martin, has regained its former charm and offers traditional French and Mediterranean bistro-style cuisine. On the menu: back of hake en papillote, scallops with porcini mushrooms or poultry fricassee with oyster mushrooms, to be enjoyed by the fireplace or in the pretty garden near Madame Bovary's well.

Each dish arrives like a work of art, fresh ingredients, thoughtfully composed flavors, and plating so beautifully!
And then there’s the patio: a lush, open-air haven that feels plucked from a storybook.
Truly, this isn’t just a meal, it’s an experience.
We loved everything about the place. The beauty of the building, the welcoming from the staff, and how efficient they are. They even gave us a boul of water for your two dogs. But most of all, the food... oh, the food. Perfection in every mouthful.
If you are in the area, I highly recommend to book a table and just enjoy. We will return
