Restaurant offering original and refined quality cuisine in Cussac-Fort-Médoc.

The name of this restaurant is a nod to the world of wine: the Bontemps is the wooden bowl used to beat egg whites to clarify wine. Damien and Ryoko Moquais, the owners of this fine address, have worked in some of the finest establishments in France, and even in Japan. In the kitchen, the chef creates creative dishes, revisited according to his inspiration, while favoring local, organic and seasonal produce. All served with a smile and for a particularly reasonable bill. Plus: the beautiful outdoor terrace!

Je recommande vivement ce restaurant. Il y a bien longtemps que je n’avais pas fait une telle découverte. Une cuisine maison, des produits locaux et un résultat imparable Niveau d’excellence élevé (CV du Chef…) Rapport qualité prix de haute volée - authenticité (vous retrouvez le chef dans son assiette et ça c’est un signe pour moi qui ne trompe pas ???????? la salle est un peu bruyante, le restaurant était plein!!!

Repas très très limité avec supplément de 6 à 8 euro pour certains plats et un confit de canard ou un petit bout de canard trop cuit servi avec lentille ,un confit doisxetre salé sinon c'est du canard basic,et pour les cannelé maison arretz tout allez à la toque cuivré sa vous coûtera moins chère et vous aurez de meilleurs commentaires restaurant si on peut appeler sa restaurant très médiocre
