Museum located in Breteuil, presenting an exhibition of tools and objects concerning the life and the trades of the 19th and 20th centuries

Managed by volunteers, this 300 m ² museum will allow you to discover an exhibition of tools and objects concerning the life and trades of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. More than thirty crafts and scenes depicting crafts and daily life in rural areas are represented: at home, at school, in the workshop of the sabbath and lavandiere… but also over 6,000 objects. Temporary exhibitions and animations are offered throughout the season.

La passion du propriétaire est tellement communicative que nous avons passé près de trois heures à l'écouter et (re) découvrir les objets anciens liés aux métiers d'autrefois, particulièrement bien mis en scène sous forme de "stands" par famille.
Il faut partager cet endroit le plus possible.

Le plus beau musée de l'Eure
Une plongée extraordinaire dans notre Patrimoine traditionnel. Une collection d objets inégalable et d une richesse historique rare. Un accueil d une gentillesse sans nom. Un puit de connaissances qui nous est partagé lors d une visite guidée avec tant de générosité. Une vraie Passion anime les bénévoles et Lilian le proprietaire se bat pour conserver notre Histoire. Merci à vous .
