In the heart of the village, in the magnificent Eure valley, Auberge du Cheval Blanc is located in a beautiful white building dating back to the early 20th century. The establishment offers you refined dishes made from a blend of flavours: Confit of farm chicken leg with cider and rösti, salmon papillote with shellfish sauce or Norman beef fillet cooked on string with its candied shallots and meurette sauce, which you will follow with a soft dark chocolate sauce from Tanzania and white chocolate coulis with Tahiti vanilla or a thin apple tart with almond frangipani – pistachios – dried apricots and English cream with gentian... As you may well imagine, the address is famous for its menu, but it is also famous for its friendly and warm welcome. An address to keep in your notebook!

Cela fait plusieurs fois que j'y mange avec des personnes différentes et la phrase qui ressort à chaque fois c'est : "on a très bien mangé, c'est très bon." Clairement, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! Mes enfants y mangent très bien et préfèrent amplement les bonnes pommes de terres sautées plutôt que des frites surgelées (contrairement à une remarque précédemment écrite )!! Merci de nous proposer ces belles prestations dans notre village !
