Since taking over in 2022, Thomas Cosnard has won over the local population with his tasty creations and his love of the trade. His participation in the M6 TV show "La Meilleure Boulangerie de France" (France's Best Bakery) further boosted his reputation, highlighting his specialties, including the Harcourtois, a lightly lemony rye bread.
