At the gates of Bordeaux and the vineyards of Pessac-Léognan, instead of old cellars, Jana and Laurent Poumeyrau have imagined a restaurant with modern architecture while keeping the spirit of the original place. Inside, a magnificent room, with high ceilings and light, is beautifully decorated. On the white walls, the works of contemporary artists for sale stand out. Behind, a pleasant winter garden with large bay windows opens onto a beautiful terrace and a green garden. After the pleasure of the eyes, let's move on to the pleasure of the taste buds! At lunch time, the Pilgrim's formula (the road to Santiago de Compostela passes right by) always has its enthusiasts. Another strong point of the place, a thousand small refined details: individual portion of bread, hot dish served under a bell... The menu, Jana and Laurent make it evolve regularly to make you discover new flavours at each of your visits. Before leaving, don't forget to visit the cellar in the attic. There you will find a wide choice of wines, liqueurs, whiskies and champagnes as well as delicatessen preparations: La Perle des Dieux sardines, Sturia sturgeon caviar and terrines, etc.

Le menu du pèlerin à 22€ est un excellent rapport qualité-prix.
Testé le melon-serrano (entrée), le lieu noir ou/et le porc sauce carvi, les fromages ou/et le dessert du jour aux figues du jardin ????.
A la carte, la lotte en croûte de chorizo, et le macaron en dessert sont tout aussi délicieux. Un "amuse bouche" a été offert à ceux qui n'avait pas d'entrée ; trop ????. Tout est frais et fait maison.
A refaire très vite ????????????????????.
