At the gates of Bordeaux and the vineyards of Pessac-Léognan, instead of old cellars, Jana and Laurent Poumeyrau have imagined a restaurant with modern architecture while keeping the spirit of the original place. Inside, a magnificent room, with high ceilings and light, is beautifully decorated. On the white walls, the works of contemporary artists for sale stand out. Behind, a pleasant winter garden with large bay windows opens onto a beautiful terrace and a green garden. After the pleasure of the eyes, let's move on to the pleasure of the taste buds! At lunch time, the Pilgrim's formula (the road to Santiago de Compostela passes right by) always has its enthusiasts. Another strong point of the place, a thousand small refined details: individual portion of bread, hot dish served under a bell... The menu, Jana and Laurent make it evolve regularly to make you discover new flavours at each of your visits. Before leaving, don't forget to visit the cellar in the attic.
