Brasserie with a charming welcome and a large terrace in Évreux.

Rue de l’Horloge, Café des Arts is the right address of the centre. Brasserie, but not that… Traditional maison or frites tender add more creative dishes such as goat and broccoli pie, cod mustard, pick of fresh fruits or chocolate pastilla, presented in slate. The reception is charming, hearty servings and excellent value for money. In the summer, the large terrace, on the edge of the Iton, allows for lunch or a drink through the water while enjoying the views of the city hall and the belfry.

Nous avons trouvés le menus très bon le prix correct le seul bémol ce sont les dizaines des petites mouches qui étaient sur la fenêtre et qui venaient de temps en temps autour de notre repas, si je dois y retourner je mangerai en terrasse.
