Founded by Guy Burgess in Bernay in 2020, La Mare aux Volailles is a benchmark for meats and gourmet products in Normandy. Specializing in poultry processing, the company has come a long way since its beginnings in 1996, when it focused on raising chickens and guinea fowl. Today, it offers a multitude of products: whole chickens and turkeys, roasts, paupiettes, figs stuffed with foie gras... The company recently announced the opening of 2 new outlets in Rouen and Issy-les-Moulineaux.
