Restaurant offering a menu of tapas and home-made dishes in Carcans.
There's the Boutique and l'Atelier Resto, a pretty colonial wooden shack with a tasteful decor. At the helm of this wine bar/resto is Emmanuel Gieze, already well known in the restaurant business thanks to his Café Maritime. Here, the menu mixes tapas and homemade dishes inspired by other parts of the world: coconut with monkfish green curry, Rossini beef steak with sweet and sour mango sauce, and Tahitian-style sea bream ceviche. For dessert, don't hesitate to sign up for the mint orange salad, fresh and exotic guaranteed! A menu for lunch and dinner.
