The Hostellerie des Remparts promises you a "farandole of flavours in a historical setting". In fact, we will enjoy lunch in the summer of La Bat, a small stream flowing along the Maison des Remparts. On the kitchen side, the chef, Enrico Caruso, is well placed for his cellar, with some references. Even if it seems to be obvious, the map changes according to the seasons. It is difficult, therefore, to put a dish forward through this inventive and generous kitchen. The chef always emphasizes a spice or a product (liquorice, crayfish, sauce) to surprise his customers.

Très satisfait de notre repas !!! Réservation la veille par internet avec doléances en terrasse. Accueil au top et doléance rempli. Gastronomie excellente et raffinée nous recommandons vivement.

Bon restaurant, simple copieux tout était très bon .
Seul petit bémol le croustillant morillon trop salé,.vraiment trop..

Comme d'habitude tout a été parfait, personnel très sympathique et prévenant , cuisine délicieuse... juste un petit bémol, le vin servi au verre était à température ambiante et pas au frais mais cela a vite été corrigé, merci????....
