The Hostellerie des Remparts promises you a "farandole of flavours in a historical setting". In fact, we will enjoy lunch in the summer of La Bat, a small stream flowing along the Maison des Remparts. On the kitchen side, the chef, Enrico Caruso, is well placed for his cellar, with some references. Even if it seems to be obvious, the map changes according to the seasons. It is difficult, therefore, to put a dish forward through this inventive and generous kitchen. The chef always emphasizes a spice or a product (liquorice, crayfish, sauce) to surprise his customers.

Nous connaissons déjà l'adresse et apprécions la cuisine. Pour le service et aux vues des circonstances (spectacle théâtral tout à côté) le personnel était parfois quelque peu débordé, pas grave, on y retournera avec plaisir

Toujours une excellente cuisine concoctée par le chef Eric Caruso, service sympa des apprentis de l'école, n'accepte pas le paiement fork pay malgré qu'il soit possible, sinon très bien, bien sûr je conseille toujours fortement ce restaurant, nous reviendrons
